Scott and his team are extremely professional and definitely take care of their customers. Our most recent experience was due to an overheating problem with our Suburban. I brought it to Scott on Saturday morning and had it out within a few hours with an invoice which was about 30-40% less than anticipated. I am very satisfied with the level of service and the cost of the repairs.

Although unable to solve the a/c controls' disfunction, the shop's owner went to extraordinary lengths to research and then explain the apparent problem. The auto was returned in immaculate condition as an "I'm sorry, but we simply can't fix that..." apology. I appreciate their honesty and applaud their commitment to customer service.
