Very impressed with the service I received.

I was pleased with the service which I experienced yesterday.

My minivan broke down on the tollway around 5:30pm, during rush hour traffic. I called the garage at 5:55pm. Although John and Betty were locking up, they agreed to wait for me. They worked with me to pay the tow driver, who would only take cash or a corporate check. Betty called me the next morning and kept me informed on progress. I was very impressed with them both.

The employees at Scott's Auto Repair are knowledgeable and courteous. They also strive to know their customers and have provided photos on occasion to show what was wrong and how the problem was alleviated. They are superior to any other repair shop that I have used.
