Courteous and effecient service

Service is great. Only problem was it took 2 1/2 hours for basic service and state inspection.

I went in for my annual state inspection and to fix a broken brake light. I walked in on my lunch break and they were very friendly and prompt. I was out before my hour was out.

Very satisfied with care of my car.

The tech was great. He pointed out some minor issues and made great suggestions for handling those issues.

Very honest. Excellent customer service.

Scott's has taken good care of our daily drivers and my little weekend "classic" for some time now and this visit was no different: their usual friendly, prompt service just as expected - this time for some required maintenance work they had previously identified and for which they had scheduled a convenient time and date with us to leave the vehicle for a few hours.

This is the second time I have had work done on this truck at Scotts. both times they were excellent experiences. the second time they repaired a problem the manufacterers dealership had previously wroked on The repairs were done more quickly and cheaper than the dealers shop.

Consistently the best service!
