I own a 2011 Subaru Forester. I have taken it to Scotts Auto Repair for its maintenance for years. All the people at Scotts, from the youngest to the managers, demonstrate strong ethical character and empathy toward each customer. They do not try to run up charges on unnecessary repairs or equipment. After you take your car in, once they have thoroughly checked it out, they call to consult with you about what they have found needs to be done, leaving it up to you to approve or disapprove, or ask about alternative options. You dont have to wait and finally call them; they call you so that they can get to work right away on what the customer has agreed upon. This time, as usual, they got my car in the morning and it was ready that same afternoon, so that I didnt need to rent a car to get around. This time, that included the annual vehicle inspection. You always pass the inspection the first time, because they make sure first that the car will pass before the inspection. When I got my car back, I could tell that they had done the customary oil change, tire rotation, and fluid changes well, because my car started faster, sounded better, and drove more smoothly than before. The people at Scotts are highly competent, friendly, understand your needs, and work hard.
