It was time for my car's six-month checkup and annual inspection. As usual, Scott's did these tasks quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Scott's reviewed my auto and informed me of their proposed charges before any work was done, and I approved them. The front passenger's side fender had become slightly detached, and Scott's reattached it free of charge. During this visit, I became acquainted with two fine young men who work for Scott's. They were courteous and cheerful, eager to serve and help. This gave me a new insight into Scott's Auto Repair. It shows me that this business is careful to hire people of good character, down to the youngest. I am pleased to see that these young people are getting some early experience in a business whose ethics will have a continuing impact on them.

Always feel welcome at this auto repair shop. They are honest and this is something that you dont see often in this kind of business. They are communicating very well. They are doing a great job finding and fixing what is needed.

We had an unexpected issue with the truck and had to get towed somewhere. My Dad recently had his car serviced by Scott's and was really pleased, plus they are very much local to me, so we towed the vehicle there. We received constant communication during the entire service and some additional safety and maintenance issues were identified along the way we were able to address. Not the cheapest option but the service was great and we appreciated the consistent communication so we didn't have to chase anyone to find out what was happening. The only bummer was that we missed out on a car wash due to weather!

I took my car into Scott's for an oil change & inspection. My service was wonderful. Scott's employees are all very professional & honest. I was told that I needed to have a certain maintenance service done, BG cooling system service, & my service tech, Peter, explained to me what all is involved in it. He even showed me a video & chart how important it was to have done. Peter was great & he took care of my car. I will definitely keep bring my car & my husband's vehicle back to Scott's.
