I have been a loyal customer for Scott's for a year. Last January I gave up on my Subaru dealership for overcharging, not caring for me and not providing a ride from and to the shop when my car is under repair. At the dealer I used to have to wait for hours until my car was ready. At Scotts they are always ready for my arrival. Then immediately they find me a ride home, then they phone me to discuss what needs to be done, waiting to see if I approve it. They had the patience this time to wait for my CarShield to pay for the larger portion of my expense.
