After an influx of mailer, I jumped when needing work/inspection to get my 96 Suburban roadworthy. Betty was comm's Manager - Terrance was Service Manager - like you never imagine a garage would do. Fix $$$ came in at what I was prepared for by mechanics and Betty. Afterwards, an additional alternator need - not their fault - quick fix - labor cost thrown in - they knew I was drained of energy and cash. Second experience with vintage 1973 Ford Truck - needed resurrection - they followed request to keep it minimal/get up to driving and inspection status. Even tho hey thought she worse than I claimed, there was no taking advantage of the situation wherin they did work not required. A question with the gas tank redo fell in my favor when the condition was as good as I expected - another garage would have done the full tank overhaul for the labor charge. Scott himself was available for imput. I give them highest ratings on service and work as I feel cared for and so far nothing has gone wrong - knocking on wood. I will refer and use them again. If you have to pay someone - being involved and respected is priority. It will always cost more than you want to pay if you happen to wrench on cars yourself as a hobby or otherwise. I find them at the top of the game.

This was my first visit to the garage and i was very satisfied with the quality of work. However, i arrived on a Monday morning without an appointment and had to wait a long time before my car was looked at. I said I would wait, but i had no idea it would be two hours before my car was even looked at.. I wish i had been told. In the rushing to get the repairs done by then end of the day, a couple things were left undone. it would have been better to have kept it overnight and finished the work. The friendly service made up for these lapses. :) The garage was very busy and this was a good sign.

I am sorry we had some oversights in your repair. We certainly want that to be the result no matter what situation we are in. If there is anything I can do for you please just let me know. Terrence

The work took longer than we anticipated but we were offered a free rental car for our use. All said it was a pleasant experience and a very courteous staff. The vehicle was fixed properly and we are very comfortable with bringing our other vehicles to have them repaired as needed.

thank you Betty for the ongoing updates to the status of the truck being ready as well as the drop off and pick up. thank you eric for finding the brake issue prior to it causing even more damage. Hate to spend the money, but prefer to spend it where they know my name, my vehicle and I trust that only what I approve is completed. This is why I keep coming back. liz

I took my vehicle in they diagnosed it, gave a quote, and had it repaired the next day. W0W!!!!!!!!!!!! I will return as a future customer. Thanks you all.

Very satisfied. I was given a list of needed maintenance according to the manual and mileage. No pressure, my choice on what to do. Good communication, but for some reason couldn't get your e-mails. Minor problem.

I changed my oil this afternoon and I had a great experience. One of the manager took me to my school while they were working on my car. When I came back the car was ready!Betty is so nice, happy, and ready to help. I will give her 5 stars too.
