The people at Scott's Auto Repair follow the Golden Rule: treat others as you would want to be treated. They provided me shuttle service so I could go home and get things done while they looked at my car. They provided me with all of the information needed for me to decide what repairs I wanted to pay for or not, what was urgent and what could wait. Everything in the office and the shop runs smoothly, and I never see them in a rush, but instead quietly confident. I made an appointment to bring my car, and they were ready right away to attend to it when I got there.

I drove into Scott’s without an appointment and they immediately took a look at my car. They assessed the problem and told me that they wouldn’t be able to fix it but referred me to someone who could. They didn’t charge me for the time they took to go over my car! Wonderful customer service! They told me “we don’t think about the customer’s wallet; we worry about the customer’s car.” Great place!
