Everyone at Scott's is so helpful, courteous and terrific My recent issue with my 2011 Camry involved an oil leak from the engine. Serious stuff. They not only fixed it but gave me a loaner while doing so. Got the car back and it drives like a new car - seriously, it does. THANK YOU Don and Justin and Ray! Don is great, he always has those tissues handy....

Took my car in for an oil change and they made sure to carefully look over the car, discovering a leaking heater core. They had the car back to me in 2 business days. Very happy, and I'll be taking my car here for regular maintenance in the future.

Scott's is in my neighborhood so they are very convenient for me. I've been there for maintenance-type things such as state inspections, oil changes, tire work, etc. The staff is always super-friendly and the work is done quickly and accurately. The lobby and the waiting room are spotless, and you can have water or coffee, and watch tv while waiting. My only complaint is that I use their coupons, and the restrictions are not listed clearly on the coupon. So you could end up paying more than advertised on the coupon. They should change this--every little bit helps. That said, I'd still rate them a 5.
