As usual, I was very pleased with the service I received recently at Scott's Auto Repair. It was time for the six-month checkup and routine maintenance along with the annual vehicle inspection. Recently, I moved far away from Scott's, but I am determined to keep them as my auto repair folks for the years of excellent and considerate service that I have received from them. Scott's drove over a loaner car to me as they drove away in my auto to the shop. This enabled me to get important chores done while my car was being maintained. They charged me nothing for replacement valve cover gaskets because they were under warranty. They removed and replaced the timing cover and did the work to charge that to my CarShield coverage, so that I only had to pay CarShield's $100 deductible on that. Then they drove my car back to me, and the driver caught an Uber to get back to the shop. In the car was the proof of my successful vehicle inspection. I used that information to quickly and easily prove and take care of my vehicle inspection with the State.
