I’ve been doing business with Scott’s Auto for over 20 years and have found them to be consistently professional and knowledgeable regarding all matters automotive.

Everyone at Scott’s auto takes care of their customers and treats my husband and I like family friends. They communicate efficiently, turn around time for services is quick, and they make sure to stand by their work. I have a hard time taking my vehicles anywhere else after the level of service we’ve received at Scotts.

I was on the freeway when my Check Engine light came on. I also smelled burning oil. So I kept on going to Scott's Auto Repair. Before I had even turned off the engine, Nick and his crew were outside greeting me. They immediately raised my car up to find the problem. I had to make it to an appointment that afternoon, so Nick made sure to loan me a nice car pending the repairs. Scott's got an oil pan and other parts to replace the damaged ones, and got the repair expense reimbursed by my Car Shield. The next day, one of the gentlemen from Scott's drove my car the eight miles from Scott's to where I live near downtown Houston, and he picked up the loaner car and drove it back to Scott's. This level of service and considerate behavior has endeared me to Scott's over the years, so I will always be their customer.

I forgot the guy who helped me but he was very kind and helpful! He explained everything to me and the costs and even told me which services were the most urgent. The other staff also checked in on me throughout the service. It made me feel important when I saw multiple workers checking out my vehicle and discussing the solutions. I will definitely be back!!
