Fortunately I was referred to Scott's auto repair by someone who was helping me work on my car before. I had an impact to the front that caused several issues and there was one that insurance would not pay for but obviously was the main issue. Basically my car died in the middle of a busy road and I was stranded. I had it towed over to Scott's. The reception I received at that tumultuous moment was such a relief. They were able to fix it for a mere fraction of the price that the dealership was quoting. On top of that they gave a complementary loaner car to me for the few days that they had it there. I will be going back for all of my repair needs from here on out. I'm so glad that I was referred to this honest and capable repair shop. I'm a woman and I've been treated like an idiot in the past when dealing with auto repair but I felt like I was completely respected from the moment I walked in and said hi to Betty to every update call I got from Terrance.
