Been depending on Scotts for over 20 years. Always been honest and not unusualy for him to tell me of a repair that may be needed in the future but recommending that I wait until it is needed. Never had a "push recommendation.!" Willing to explain the differnce in something "annoyong" as opposed to something that would effect safety or damage if left unrepaired.

I have had the occasion to use Scott's a few times.They have always performed admirably even though the jobs were small.Once they even diagnosed a problem that the Dealer had missed which resulted in a total rebuild of a Differential. Even though they did not do the rebuild they were very helpful.I will use them as much as I can.

The technician told me the condition of the front left tire as being in need of replacement. The tires were rotated placing the weak tire on the rear, which already improved my wheel pulling to the right. I was told it still needed alignment so I decided to get that done next. I appreciated the advice!
