came in 8/10 at few minutes after 5pm to get yearly state inspection; was so pleased could get in that late after my day at work and still get it done...thanks!!!!!

Courtesy, honesty, professionalism, knowledgeable, great customer service, accurate, fair costs, and reliable. Just a few descriptions I had after my first experience at Scott's Auto Repair. I highly recommend them and plan to return.

Scott's employees worked hard to diagnose an issue with the car not shifting into Reverse. Their steps included checking out the recalls, inspecting the gears and finally determining that it was a software issue and the computer was in need of an upgrade. Once the repairs were complete, they test drove the car to confirm the issue was solved. Since we had plans for Saturday, they stayed late on Friday to complete the testing and wash the car for us. This is another example of the great service we have come to expect from Scott's.

Always the best of service. Consistently looking to build an honest, forthright, long lasting relationship, unlike a lot of shops that push unnecessary products and services for the one time sale.

Wonderful service at Scott's auto. I had a dead battery and my husband was out of town. I called Scott's auto and SCOTT, the owner, was at my car in 10 minutes to jump the battery and take it in for repair. That's service!!

Service was excellant, much better than the typical auto repair shop. A loaner car was provided since work was more than one day. My car was delivered to me at work when the repair was finished. Also I believe the price was fair for the work and time spent. This is the kind of establishment I like to do business with.
