The staff ALWAYS takes good care of my vehicle. They are helpful & honest about what I need and what I actually can get away with right now.

The service is very good here. The staff is very friendly and the work is done in a timely manner. The prices seem to be competitive, also. I am very satisfied.

Scott's auto service did a good job, but they used a half of tank of my gas to find the problem, which I think they drove my car about 100 miles. The leather on the driver's side was pulled away and just left undone. I was disappointed in that service. But I can fix it. But they should have tried to fix what they undid. I can't understand why you have to drive my car on the city streets to find the solution to the problem I was having! The men you have at the front desk are very courteous and very capable of giving me information on my car. They were so thoughtful, they gave me a car to drive for my work. I appreciated that! Overall, I have been very satisfied w/ Scott's auto repair, and their service to me and my car. Keep up the good work, or otherwise I would have to go to the VW dealership, which I do not want to do. You have great front desk men talking to the people, I like that. Thanks!

Everything done speedy and right in a friendly manner. Only one thing, why did you charge me $450.00 for an oil change? (Just kidding) I have great confidence in Scott's Auto Repair.

I have learned over many years that taking a car to a mechanic sometimes can be a nightmare. I have taken two cars now to Scott's auto repair in the last year. Both these vehicles are older, but when you have three college students money can be tight. I have come to trust Scott and his staff. They have been extremely helpful, honest and timely getting my cars repaired. This last car had a few issues to deal with but Scott and his staff were professional and the car was done in just a couple of days!
