I absolutely think the person that owns it and the people that run it are so transparent honest and most of all truthful about every and any PRICING AND WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. They are not going to tell you something needs fixing or needs to be replaced if it doesn't. They have no problem showing you what work you need before doing it, keeping you informed through out the process and I appreciate that from a mechanic shop. Scott's Auto is fairly priced considering it is in MEMORIAL. LOL ALL THE GUYS BRING SOMETHING THAT MAKES SCOTT'S AUTO A GREAT PLACE FOR ANY CAR UPSETS. THANK YOU

The people at Scott’s are very good at communicating at every step. There are no surprises. They repaired my vehicle in a timely matter and did a complimentary check over the entire vehicle, finding my tires were dry rotted. I did not choose them to replace the tires, and they were very polite and did not push me in any way. I’ll definitely go back for any needed repairs.
