I really appreciate that you helped me out in a pinch. You squeezed me in to replace tires that were dangerous to drive on and I'm very grateful. The one thing I didn't appreciate is that I was automatically charged for a tire hazard insurance without my consent. I don't need it because I already have it through my extended warranty. When I asked about it, I was advised to check with the extended warranty company to see if they would reimburse it.
