I drove into Scott’s without an appointment and they immediately took a look at my car. They assessed the problem and told me that they wouldn’t be able to fix it but referred me to someone who could. They didn’t charge me for the time they took to go over my car! Wonderful customer service! They told me “we don’t think about the customer’s wallet; we worry about the customer’s car.” Great place!

unbelievable! Had multiple minor repairs scheduled at same time including A/C high pressure side switch. somehow, when car was picked up 2 days later, A/C did not blow cold at all. Jonathan asked to keep car to recheck system and found that the evaporator had leak and management made decision to replace the part and refill system at no charge... System blows ice! Rare and classy guys! thank you
