I had an amazing experience at Scotts. I called last min as my AC was going out and they were able to get me in and give me a diagnosis same day. Aaron was extremely helpful and was able to get everything arranged with the extended warranty. The process was quick easy and they over communicated all along the way.

The people at Scott’s are so nice and respectful. They work fast go out of their way to help. The ride home while they work on your car is awesome.

Outstanding service, as always. I went in for my car inspection. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The office, waiting room and shop were spotless clean. The waiting room is quiet and has coffee and water available.

Mike Warnock has been in the business for years....We go back 15 + years. When I meet him he was working for Louetta Automotive in Cypress, Texas and have been following him ever since. He knows about today's cars and trucks. He has serviced all my cars and trucks and took care of any warranty issue...I usually just drop my cars and trucks off to Mike and have him call me when my vehicle was ready to go...He would always tell me up front if he had to hold the car or trucks for a couple of days and always had a loaner vehicle waiting on me .....that's excellant service to me.
