Scott's employees worked hard to diagnose an issue with the car not shifting into Reverse. Their steps included checking out the recalls, inspecting the gears and finally determining that it was a software issue and the computer was in need of an upgrade. Once the repairs were complete, they test drove the car to confirm the issue was solved. Since we had plans for Saturday, they stayed late on Friday to complete the testing and wash the car for us. This is another example of the great service we have come to expect from Scott's.
